There will be a fix for this in next version..
The cause are portscanners trying to find old realvnc 4.1.1 versions and
use the exploid to gain access.
UltraVnc is not affected, but it does not like the scanners , some
scanners crash the server with memory error.
(better a crash then other people gaining access)

After the exploid was made public, there are plenty people runnning
scanners, this is possible the
reason the server start to crash now, while it worked before. As
temporal workaround you can use
a les common port, use 5700-5800 or 6000-6100. Most scanners only scan
5900-5910.

In Windows Embedded can you set the service to restart after a crash?

Yes in Windows Embedded you can restart the service after a crash. But that
is not helping me. After restarting the service, the first connection to the
server will crash it again.
